Schedule of Fees
We want to make sure that our facilities are available for the wider community at prices that are reasonable, fair, and recognise the significant costs associated with running these buildings. For that reason, Parish Council has set different prices for community group use, private use, commercial use, and for local, state and federal elections. A copy of the schedule of fees can be found here.

Centrally Located For Your Event

We are proud to be able to play host for local, state and federal elections and pre-polling, and have catered for community events, celebrations, and forums. -
Concerts and Recitals
The Parish Hall is great for celebrations, events, conferences, forums, and functions. With a modern sound system, and AV equipment available, it makes for a great space to host your next community gathering.
With a stage, it is suited too for performances. We are fortunate to host weekly rehearsals for the Macleay Choristers, and events such as the Country Music Showcases, the Macleay Music Ensemble, Christmas Carols and Classics, and the Kempsey Eisteddfod Society.
-
Yamaha Community Piano
We are blessed to play home to the Macleay Chorister’s beautiful Yamaha U3 Piano. With its expansive soundboard and acoustic chamber it gives extended power and projection for concerts and recitals. The Piano is an asset of the community, and can be used by residents of the Macleay Valley for piano lessons, rehearsals, and recitals.

A Community Space
We are excited to be able to make this versatile space available for the wider community. We are striving to make the Youth Centre a hive of activity! Each week we regularly have Small Saints’ Playgroup, the Friends for Brunch programme, classes for the University of the Third Age, card clubs, and gatherings of small community organisations. We’d love to host you and your next small group.
-
A Place for Our Young People
Are you looking for a simple and easy place to host your little one’s birthday party, or christening reception? We would be pleased to be able to provide for you a tasty finger food menu for your little ones to enjoy. We have toys, puzzles, and a tiny cubby house to explore. No fuss or clean up at home - it’s rumoured we make the best fairy bread in town!

A Place for Your Gathering
We would love to be able to host your next workshop. The Youth Centre is a simple space for up to 25 people in walking distance of local cafes that would be great, affordable place for your next training day or workshop.
